Yes! We have it all setup so you’ll be able to migrate over all your client data from the old site to the new site. Details are in our tutorial video: Nutri-Q: Signing Up & Migrating Clients
. Please remember that the old site will retire June 30, 2019. If you plan to continue using Nutri-Q, please make sure you create an account and migrate all client information over to the new platform before the end of June.
The old Nutri-Q site will retire June 30, 2019. After that date, you will not have access to your dashboard and client data in the old site. If you plan to continue using Nutri-Q in your practice, please make sure you create an account and migrate all client information over to the new platform before June 30, 2019.
Don’t worry at all. That information will also get transferred to the new site when you migrate your data and you won’t get charged until after the date you have already pre-paid for (plus the additional free 2 months if you migrate by June 30, 2019). Then after that you’ll be charged on a monthly basis instead of annually.
When you migrate your data from the old Nutri-Q, the information about your current annual subscription will also get transferred to the new site. You will need to enter a credit card number when you join the new site, but you won’t get charged until after the date you have already pre-paid for in the old Nutri-Q (plus the additional free 2 months if you migrate by June 30, 2019). Then after that your card will be charged on a monthly basis instead of annually.
If you’re still waiting for one or more of your clients to fill out a NAQ in the old Nutri-Q then you should wait at least 1 full day after they have completed the NAQ before migrating that particular client. We are taking snapshots of the old Nutri-Q data once every 24 hours so you should wait a full day to make sure that NAQ is in there. You can still migrate any of your other clients that had finished filling out their NAQs more than a day ago. If you accidentally migrate a client and they complete a NAQ in the old system after the migration please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll still be able to access their NAQ in the old system and we’ll be able to help you migrate it over to the new Nutri-Q.
Yes! Nothing at all has changed with the NAQ and all of the question numbers are still the same.
Yes! And you can also have your clients electronically fill out the Initial Interview questionnaire, food logs, and custom questionnaires that you create.
You’ll need to migrate your Robo Wellness account first. You should have received an email entitled "Big News from Robo Wellness!" on 2/18/2019 with instructions and your special migration key. If you can’t find the email please contact us at email@example.com.
Yes! If you look in the top right-hand corner of a completed NAQ you’ll see a Print/Download dropdown with a number of different printing options. Basic printing functionality is covered for all of these forms and we’ll also be improving the look of the printed forms in upcoming months.
Yes! There are future plans to update and improve both the NAQ and the content in the resource documents. This will obviously be a large undertaking and there will be clear communications in the future prior to any changes.
Yes! If you sign-up for the new site and migrate your data over by June 30, 2019 we’ll give you 2 months free on the new site!
Nope. When you sign-up for the new Nutri-Q site you can pick whatever email you want to log in with. It doesn’t have to match your old Nutri-Q login. To migrate your old data we will ask you for your old Nutri-Q email to verify your identity before we migrate the data. Make sure you watch the migration video! Yes!!! We don’t have an app right now, but the site is mobile friendly so you can easily bring it up on your phone or tablet.
Don’t worry at all. That information will also get transferred to the new site when you migrate your data and you won’t get charged until after the date when your free account ends (plus the additional free 2 months if you migrate by June 30, 2019). Then after that you’ll be charged on a monthly basis instead of annually. You will need to enter a credit card number when you open your new Nutri-Q account but you won’t be charged until your free period has ended.
Nope! The Nutri-Q benefits for Group Leader are staying the same and will continue to be 1 free year of Nutri-Q membership. If you already have a new Nutri-Q account, then once you’ve fully completed your Group Leader services a full year will be automatically added to your Nutri-Q account. If you haven’t opened an account yet, you’ll need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We love hearing feedback! There’s a Feedback flyout in the bottom left of the site that you can use and you can also always email us at email@example.com. We’re currently focused on the migration but after that we’ll be working to add new features and make the site as helpful as it can be for everyone’s practices.

The price increased for several reasons: More features, better technology, customer & practitioner interface, and Nutri-Q specific customer service. Nutri-Q now (through Robo Wellness) has a dedicated team ensuring that the program is fully functional, and therefore users will see a much better response time when issues are reported. This will also allow us in the future to continue to update and upgrade the Nutri-Q experience.
You'll notice that the symptom burden chart sometimes looks a little different than it did in the old Nutri-Q system.
All of the spacing of the bars should be almost identical to how they looked in the old Nutri-Q system,
but we've added functionality to provide a sense of how far above the high priority section your client's value falls.
Whereas in the old system the bars could never extend beyond the top of the high priority section, we now extend above that
line with an additional light gray bar and an exclamation point. This way, even if your clients symptoms are still numerous to
the point where they are off the chart, you will still be able to visually see and show them their improvement and changes.
Please note that we did not use the same scaling above the chart that we did for the bar below the chart. In some cases the possible
score is so far above the chart that the chart would potentially be very difficult to view and print. We settled for a compromise
where the area above the chart is a scaled down representation of the extended value.
